After a purchase has been made, the E-Coins should arrive in your wallet immediately. However, sometimes that doesn't happen straight away. Please try these methods out if you're waiting for your purchase:


  • Restart the app. This can sometimes kickstart the process of getting your coins.
  • Go to the settings menu, navigate to the "User Account" tab and press the "Restore Purchase" button. This can trigger the purchase.


If the above does not work, please submit a support ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible. For the quickest possible support, please include the username and associated email of the account, as well as a copy of the purchase receipt. This will help us process your request swiftly.
