There is a rare but known bug in the game's tutorial that causes the game to lock. It happens as the game asks the player to build the silo, whereas the silo is already built. Although we are working to remedy this bug, at the moment there is no available solution.
Unfortunately, the only way to get around the bug is to start fresh with a new account. As the account deletion option is unavailable when the game locks in this state, please reach out to us if you want us to help you with account deletion.
